Ages 18 to 21 – Transition Program in which the student will spend time identifying personal goals, and acquiring the skills needed to attain those goals. Programs are customized to the individual’s unique strengths, abilities and their individualized education plan (IEP). Major emphasis is placed on developing employment, social thinking, self-expression, life and interpersonal skills, and self-advocacy. Areas of focus include: employment and career planning, independent living skills, interpersonal skills, universal design for student transition, and daily living skills.
