A comprehensive, strength-based approach to the educational and social development of deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing, non-verbal students on the Autism Spectrum. Services are provided in a bilingual (English and American Sign Language) model to enhance and expand upon the acquisition of effective communication. Educational and environmental supports, and social skills development are supported through the implementation of a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. Intensive support is provided by staff with expertise in educational, behavioral, clinical, occupational and communication specialties. Additional services: expressive arts, pet therapy, and a sensory supported milieu across all settings, in addition to residential services for those students who are determined to benefit from residential programming.
