Partners able-bodied runners with individuals with all types of disabilities in competitive and non-competitive running and/or walking events. Volunteers run locally with people for fun and exercise and/or to help train for a specific race. Team Achilles CT travels to races across the state with a variety of distances…from 1-mile fitness walks to 5K’s, up to full marathons.
