Cheshire Fitness Zone offers a multitude of therapeutic programs that uniquely meet you and your family’s needs.

CFZ was designed specifically for children and adolescents of all ages and abilities. We feature three main therapy areas to include physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) and speech therapy (ST).

Torrington Pediatric Therapy is a satellite location that is located within Brooker Memorial Child Care. We offer Physical, Occupational, Speech, and Feeding therapy. This location consists of a large sensory gym equipped with therapy swings, a trampoline, and a multitude of sensory and fine motor materials. The gym has a rock-climbing wall, numerous pieces of pediatric and adolescent cardio equipment, and a large open space for therapeutic activities as well. This location also has a handful of smaller treatment rooms for speech and fine motor therapies.

Our professional staff has many years of experience working with children. We serve the communities of Cheshire, Meriden, Hamden, Wallingford, Prospect, Waterbury, Southington, New Haven, Woodbridge, Durham, and surrounding counties.

We have facility locations in Cheshire, Meriden, Orange, and Torrington, Connecticut.
