Conduct FBA/Functional Behavioral Assessment; develop Positive Behavioral Support Plan; educate family and other supporters/staff on the individualized strategies that will enable the person on the autism spectrum to reduce challenging behaviors, increase adaptive and prosocial behaviors, develop safety and life skills, and increase overall independence.
