Vista Life Innovations

For over 30 years, Vista Life Innovations has offered individualized programming for neurodiverse adults. Accredited by the National Commission on Accreditation of Special Education Services (NCASES), Vista offers a comprehensive range of programs and services, that are person-centered and individualized based on the skillset of the individual.

Students at Vista begin their path to adulthood – learning to master the responsibilities it entails – by enrolling in our Discover Program, a year-round dormitory-based college-like educational program that concentrates on skill development in the four core skill areas of: Life Skills; Vocational Exploration; Cognitive and Social Skills Development and Community Integration.

Following successful completion and graduation from our Westbrook-based Discover Program, Vista students become long-term members of the Vista community as a part of our Engage Program, living independently in their chosen town and household along the Connecticut shoreline from Guilford to Old Saybrook.

Vista’s Engage members can assess a variety of Vista’s programs and services including: counseling services; employment services; life skill instruction; recreational programming; arts programming; transportation services; advocacy services; benefits management services and more…all while living in their own in the community.
