Our goal at Autism Health Fitness Center is to offer a safe comfortable fitness center for children, teens and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs.  A Place Where Fitness Speaks to Children, Adolescents and Adults with ASD. However we are open to all special needs.

Our Sensory Friendly Facility is over 5000 sq ft. We offer one on one individualized training as well as small adaptive classes (karate, cardio, yoga, zumba team building just to name a few) All our trainers have a special ed background and are experienced and certified.
