SpEd Connecticut

SpEd Connecticut provides a continuum of services to parents, including consultation, records review, attend PPT, and will go to mediation if necessary. They have Parent Advisors, whose goal is to train parents in special education so parents will no longer need advocate. There is a membership fee of $40.00 for clients using Parent Advisor services. Parent Advisors work on a sliding scale fee of $25.00 to $90.00 per hour.
