Students learn the basic elements of dance technique including alignment, musicality and rhythm, discovering their relationships to space and time, while growing emotionally, socially, physically and cognitively. The class helps to improve memory & cognition, problem solving, acceptance of others, sensory & spatial awareness, balance, control & coordination.
