Autism assistance dogs — We prefer potential applicants visit our website and go to the “I Want a Dog” page for further information and to complete an online application request form. Please note that while we place service dogs with children ages 4-12, we require an application prior to the child’s 7th birthday, due to the length of our process and waiting list.
