Mary Cotter is an expert at helping people find a new career or create a plan for that first job. She has special training and experience helping those with chronic illness, physical disability, learning disability, ADHD and similar challenges uncover their career potential.

Mary is a Certified Career Counselor and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a professional trained to look beyond career interests, personality and vocational assessments. She understands the challenge illness and disability bring to finding a job and keeping a job, and creating a career you can love. Mary has the expertise to help you find a career that will allow you to thrive.

Mary has a passion for adolescents and young adults who have received special education or 504 accommodations in school. She has three decades experience as a school counselor, administrator, and educator. Mary knows how important school meetings are to your child’s adult life, starting in middle school. She is an advocate who helps parents and students through the educational system.
