Fantastic Fitness with Jesse

The central focus of this class is to develop cognitive, affective psychomotor abilities. Most importantly, participants will be incredibly active while having fun! We will be mainly focusing on locomotor skills or traveling skills such as:
Students will also be exposed to fitness concepts such as flexibility and cardiovascular health. For instance, “when we walk, we are working on our most important muscle, OUR HEART!”
Students will learn about health & fitness through movement and why that’s important for a long & healthy life!
