September 15 @ 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Grief Container Workshop
Since March of 2020, our country has endured more changes and shifts than ever before. In this 2 hour workshop, participants will honor all emotions and reactions in regards to today’s constantly changing society. Whether you have directly experienced a loss, or are in the midst or a transition, the intention of this workshop is to provide a space for you to acknowledge and process the hard things.
What is a Grief Container?
Sometimes grief feels too heavy to hold. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, angry, or even joyous, grief can make you feel like you have lost all control. Grief containers serve the purpose of holding your grief in a safe space that you have created, allowing you to regain control over something that feels very unpredictable. These containers are small enough to be portable, and are individual reflections of your experience.
Please RSVP at firstname.lastname@example.org, or (475)414-6307.
*No artistic experience required! We only request you come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
