Dr. Morgan is a clinical psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked with individuals with Autism and developmental disabilities and their families for over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education at Cornell University and her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at the University of Connecticut. Prior to assuming her position at The Center for Children with Special Needs/Center for Independence, she worked as a special education teacher of children with emotional/behavioral problems and children with developmental disabilities, and was a member of a multidisciplinary evaluation team at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. She provides diagnostic evaluation and treatment services, as well as school-based consultation and training. Dr. Morgan is also a Department of Developmental Disabilities, Autism Division Qualified Provider and as such provides school, home, vocational, and community-based consultation and training to individuals, their families, employers, and service providers.
